I can't even put into words how amazing our stay was at this place. We originally booked for only 3 nights but ended up staying for 2 whole weeks! The hosts, Glen and Noi, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The view over the town from our room was simply breathtaking. The place was spotlessly clean and the tasteful decor made it feel so cozy and comfortable. They even had air conditioning and fans to keep us cool. It truly felt like a quiet and peaceful haven. The best part was that there was so much space in our room, we never felt cramped. And to top it all off, they offered drop-in yoga classes at CCs Hideaway just across the road, which was absolutely fantastic.

The food for breakfast could have been better. Everything else was great, but I wish they had more variety and maybe some healthier options for breakfast.

Lovely stay at Mountain Seaview Luxury Apartments. The spacious and clean apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony/terrace. The WiFi worked well, and we even had beach essentials provided. Renting a scooter was convenient for exploring the area. The location was peaceful and only a short walk to beautiful Kata Beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Phuket getaway.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beach. It was a great way to start the day. having a kitchen in the apartment was convenient as it allowed us to make our own breakfast. The hosts were also very helpful and provided us with valuable information to explore the surroundings.

There were a few aspects that left a lot to be desired. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par.

The hotel has an amazing location in front of the sea down a steep hill, not far from the beach and Kata center. the rooms are very clean with nice bedding and beautiful views from the balcony. the owner and his wife are friendly and helpful and the tenants’ local knowledge is outstanding. the hotel provides a nice and quiet environment to rest, with comfortable beds and decent showers.

There were some guests that smoked cigarettes and weed in their rooms quite often, which left a strong smell if the balcony door was open.

Tranquil hilltop location, friendly and helpful hosts, well-equipped apartment, great WiFi, beautiful view, convenient proximity to restaurants and shops.

What a gem! My stay was excellent, the hosts were wonderful, kind and welcoming, pointing out the must-sees in the area. the apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. Loved the view from my apartment and the monkeys waving hello every time I sat on the balcony. Biggest bonus was the fast internet and the delicious street food just 5 minutes down the hill. the location was perfect, not too far from attractions yet quiet and peaceful, a nice stroll to the beach.

The steep hill leading to the apartment which was challenging for me with limited mobility. this was a minor detail compared to all the positives the accommodation offered.

Awesome views, clean rooms, and helpful staff. The location offers peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Renting a bike is recommended for easy access to nearby attractions. WiFi was great for streaming movies.

None worth mentioning. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend for those looking for a peaceful and scenic escape at a reasonable price.

The apartment was equipped with everything I needed. The view was fantastic and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and off the beaten track, but it is close enough to Kata center with a 15 minute walk. Additionally, the apartment was very clean and spacious, making it great for small families or couples.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
